FEED THE MODEL · TERMS

Terms of Service

Effective 3 October 2026.

These Terms are the rules of the vending machine at feedthemodel.com (the "machine") and its regulations (regulamin) under Polish law. They apply to everyone who takes snacks, submits snacks or buys slots. You can read, save and print them here for free. The Rules are part of these Terms; if the two conflict, these Terms win. See also the Privacy Policy and the Legal notice.

1. Who we are

Feed the Model is run by Yaroslav Kovalskyi ("we"), a natural person with an unregistered business activity (działalność nierejestrowana) in Poland, living in Wrocław.

2. The machine

The machine sells snacks for your AI: prompts in a pack. You press VEND, we copy the prompt (and, where your browser allows, a picture of the pack) to your clipboard, and you paste it into the AI chat you already use. We don't connect to your AI and never see your chat.

The shelf holds house snacks (ours), brand slots (paid advertising; the price tag shows the total paid) and people's snacks (submitted free, published only if we approve them).

You need a current browser with JavaScript and WebGL, and clipboard permission. There are no accounts. You must be 18 or older to buy a slot or submit a snack.

3. Taking a snack

Taking snacks is free. A snack is text you paste into someone else's service (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or another), so:

Use snacks in your own chats and share what your AI says. Don't copy the machine's prompts, packs or pictures in bulk, and don't scrape the site.

4. Brand slots

A slot is a place on the machine for one brand address (a website or a profile, see the Rules). Only the brand's owner, or someone allowed to act for it, may create its slot. You can buy:

A brand may hold several slots. Anyone can raise any slot; a raise doesn't make the payer its owner.

What you pay for is publishing your slot with your amount in its total, or, for a raise, adding your amount. The service is complete at that moment. The slot then stays on the machine for as long as the machine runs, with no fixed term, and its rank changes whenever anyone pays. We promise no traffic, sales, backlinks, time at any position or endorsement, and we don't vouch for any brand.

Emails. Whoever creates a slot is its owner and gets its emails: the confirmation, one outbid alert per slot and, for a house pack, the link to order a CUSTOM product. Whoever pays for a raise gets Stripe's receipt and our confirmation. Use an address you read.

5. Prices and payment

6. CUSTOM products

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer, or a sole trader buying outside your profession under Polish law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made online. For a service, that right ends once the service is fully performed at your express request, which is what the checkout box records.

8. Refunds

Our sticker says NO REFUNDS. It means:

  1. Once your slot is live or your raise is added, the payment is final, whatever happens later: a higher bid, moving down, a quiet month, an outage.
  2. If you broke the Rules, there is no refund, at any stage, even before your slot goes live.
  3. If the law, a court, an authority or our payment provider requires us to remove a slot, there is no refund.
  4. If we refuse your order for another reason before it's live, you get a full refund.
  5. If we remove your slot for any other reason, or close the machine, within 12 months after it went live, we refund 1/12 of what you paid for each full month left. This only calculates the refund; it doesn't promise a year on display.
  6. Your rights under mandatory consumer law are not affected by this section.

Refunds go to the card you paid with. A partial refund lowers the slot's total; if it falls below $10, the slot comes off the machine.

Chargebacks. If you think a charge is wrong, write to us first. While a bank dispute runs, the slot is hidden. If the dispute has no legal basis, we may remove the slot and refuse future orders.

9. What you promise

When you create a slot, upload a logo or order a CUSTOM product, you confirm that the brand is yours or you may act for it (not needed to raise), that we may use its name, logo and colours as section 10 says, that the address and what it leads to follow the Rules and the law and are safe to visit, and that your details are true. If a rights holder complains about a slot you created, you help us sort it out.

10. Licences

From brands. For each slot you create, you give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to your brand's name, logo, colours and address while the slot is on the machine. It covers storing and copying them digitally, adapting them to our packaging, showing them publicly and making them available online: on the machine, its pages, the pictures VEND copies, and when we talk about the machine (for example "ACME TOOK #1").

From people. For each snack you submit, you give us the same licence to its name, effect and prompt while it is published, including the right to edit it. We credit you by your handle.

After a slot or snack comes down, we may keep archive and backup copies; pictures people already copied stay with them.

Ours. The machine, its design, the house snacks and the CUSTOM products belong to us. You keep your brand, and you may freely post pictures of your own CUSTOM product.

11. People's snacks

How to submit, what we accept and how we review are in the Rules. We don't promise to publish anything. You can ask us to take your snack down at any time.

12. Moderation

What isn't allowed, and how to report it, are in the Rules.

13. Complaints

If something we sold you doesn't work as it should, email contact@feedthemodel.com with the problem, what you'd like us to do and the email you paid with. We answer consumer complaints within 14 days.

We are not obliged to, and don't, take part in out-of-court consumer dispute proceedings. You can get free advice from a consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) in Poland or from the European Consumer Centre in your EU country, or go to court.

14. Liability

15. Changes and ending

16. Law and courts

Polish law applies. Consumers also keep the mandatory protection of the country where they live and may go to court there. Disputes with businesses go to the courts competent for Wrocław.
