FEED THE MODEL · RULES
Rules
Slots are paid placements.
The higher a slot, the more was paid for it; nothing else decides rank. These Rules are part of the Terms.
Ranking
- Rank = everything ever paid for a slot. Totals never expire or reset. On a tie, the slot that reached its total first ranks higher.
- Prices: a brand's new slot costs at least $10 for each slot the brand will then hold: $10 for its first, $20 for its second, $30 for its third, and so on. Taking #1 costs the current #1's total plus $5; any other place costs the total of the slot holding it plus $1. Whole dollars, up to $999,999 per payment.
- Raising: anyone can add $1 or more to any slot, with no account.
- Rank is set when payment confirms. If someone pays while you're in checkout, you keep your total and land wherever it puts you.
- A slot that takes a place pushes every slot below it down by one. House snacks fill the empty places.
- A brand may hold several slots; all of them show the same pack and prompt.
- A CUSTOM product's price is part of your payment and counts toward your total (Terms, section 6).
What a slot shows
The pack shows your brand's name (up to 16 Latin characters), logo and colour. The price tag shows the total paid. The pop-up and the tray after VEND say "Presented by" your brand. The prompt is always ours.
What can hold a slot
- One address = one brand: a website, or a profile on a supported platform. We ignore
https,www, capitals, trailing slashes and tracking parameters. Subdomains are separate brands; a short link counts as the address it opens. - Only the brand's owner, or someone allowed to act for it, may create its slot. We don't check this when you buy. If the owner complains, the slot is removed without a refund.
- Links go to the address with
?utm_source=feedthemodeladded. We don't promise search-engine value. - The site must say who runs it, where the law requires that.
What doesn't go in the machine
We refuse or remove, without a refund, any slot, snack or logo that is, promotes or leads to:
- anything illegal;
- phishing, malware, scams, and sites built to deceive;
- pretending to be another brand or person;
- sexual or 18+ content;
- anything that infringes someone else's trademark, copyright or other rights, including counterfeits and pirated content;
- hate, harassment, promoting or glorifying violence, and the sexual or other exploitation of children;
- advertising for tobacco, vapes and other nicotine products, alcohol, drugs, or prescription medicines;
- selling weapons or ammunition;
- gambling and betting;
- political parties, candidates, elections and referendums;
- parked, empty or for-sale domains;
- chat and invite links: all of Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord invites, Messenger, Signal, LINE, Kakao, Viber, Skype, Zalo and similar services.
We email whoever provided it with the reason.
Logos
Logos taken from your site or uploaded by you go live at once; we review uploads and may remove or replace a logo later.
CUSTOM products
A CUSTOM product must be a food or a drink that fits one cell. We make it, pick its form and design the pack. We don't design anything that imitates cigarettes, vapes, drugs or weapons, or anything else on the list above; a brief that asks for it is refused as a breach. A joke form, such as a beer or vodka bottle with a startup's logo, is fine.
People's snacks
- Anyone 18 or older can submit one, free. Pick a pack from our shelf, then give a name (up to 16 characters), a one-line effect, a prompt, your X or Instagram link and your email. Confirm through the link we email you (valid 48 hours). One snack in the queue at a time. Nobody gets paid for snacks.
- A person reads every snack. We may edit it (to add our safety part, fix the effect's duration or shorten it), reject it or leave it in the queue. If we reject it for breaking these Rules, we say which rule.
- If we publish it, it gets your handle, a link to your profile, a FREE price tag and its own address, and we email you the final version.
- Your own handle and your own work. No real brands: a brand appears only when it buys a slot.
- The prompt must be safe to paste into anyone's AI:
- no hidden instructions, links, or attempts to get around the AI's safety rules;
- nothing that tries to get personal data out of the person chatting, and nothing that asks for keys, passwords or payments;
- no false medical, legal or money advice;
- crude words are fine on the pack, but the AI's answers must stay clean;
- nothing from the list above.
- We may take a snack down at any time, and we tell you why.
How to report something
Email contact@feedthemodel.com with the subject REPORT and include:
- its address on the machine (for example
feedthemodel.com/p/…orfeedthemodel.com/@nick/…); - what's wrong and why, for example which law or right is breached;
- your name and email;
- a sentence confirming that you believe your report is accurate and complete.
For child sexual abuse material, you may leave out your name and use an email address that doesn't identify you. We confirm we got your report, act without undue delay (hiding the item while we check if the risk is serious), and email you our decision, whether a machine helped decide, and how to challenge it. We also tell the person who provided the item why. If someone keeps sending reports they know are false, we may stop handling their reports.
